Scott Ackerman spends his days working as an optometrist in Garden City, Kansas. He became interested in photography 5 years ago with the sole purpose of trying to capture lightning. From there, his taste has evolved into a love of shooting landscapes, storm shots, and night scenes. He captures a lot of his shots using multiple exposures and processing them with an HDR style he has developed over the years. He currently uses a Canon 5D Mark II and a variety of different lenses.
