A Look At Digital Photography

Good photography is captured by the photographer, not necessarily the camera. Technology though has changed the way we approach photography today.
Not too long ago amateurs and professionals alike relied on film photography, which still today is considered the only authentic way of doing photography for some. With the introduction of the digital camera, the interest in photography has grown rapidly and it has provided a new era in taking pictures. Now everyone can snap, upload, and print pictures within minutes rather than going through the process of developing film. National Geographic briefly looks at this new era with Steve Sasson, inventor of the digital camera, and National Geographic Photographer Nick Nichols.
