Stuttgart-based photographer Stephan Zirwes takes incredible pictures from above that gives an observer an overview that’s never been captured before. His photos, captured from a vertical perspective, show how human civilization is making its mark on this earth. Stephan not only presents visually appealing images, but his view of the world also reveals issues of freedom and standardization, the consumption of resources, social structures, and other concrete processes and problems.
