Without the digital camera, this photographer might not have become very interested in photography. Sofia Katariina was born with congenital cataracts, which resulted in having numerous eye surgeries as a child. As a result, she still has very poor vision, and the viewfinder screen is a vital feature that helps her to see her colorful world well enough to capture it in quirky and whimsical ways. Sofia is currently in the process of launching Sofia Smith Photographic Art, and will soon open an Etsy shop to make her photographs available to anyone who wants to add a little color to their lives in the form of affordable art.
