Hiking the West Coast Trail
In three weeks I’ll be heading out to hike the West Coast Trail, which follows the southwestern edge of Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. The trail is 75 km (47 miles) long and is considered one of the best hikes in the world. I’m planning on taking my time and enjoying the beaches, forests, bogs, waterfalls, mud, streams, and a variety of wildlife. This will be my first time on the trail but I’m sure it won’t be my last judging by some of these great photos I’ve found.
